Introduction and Key Exclusive Features

The collaboration with the famous videogamer gave an unique look to this ASRock, permeating it of the red colors and the black Fatal1ty logo.

Among the unique features, we note first that this motherboard marked "Fatal1ty" has the exclusive management software "F-Stream", which allows you controlling the fans rotation speed, overclocking your system, monitoring devices, managing energy saving, and check the "Fatal1ty Mouse Port".This last utility is particularly interesting, because it is designed specifically for gamers and allows, after plugging the mouse into a specific port, to handle the mouse polling rate.

X-Fast technology is also very useful. It exploits the Etron controller, which completely redefines the new USB 3.0 standard. In fact, through the X-Fast utility the average performance increase is 50% compared to a conventional NEC controller. The X-Fast utility can further improve performance while activating the Turbo functionality.

For the storage compartment, this motherboard supports two USB 3.0 ports  on the rear I/O panel and two 6 Gb/s SATA ports.

Very useful, instead, is the CCO system (Combo Cooler Option), which allows the user to be able to "recycle" their old cooler designed for LGA 775 system, in fact, this motherboard allows the installation of coolers for Socket LGA 1155, LGA 1156 (with coinciding holes for these first two) and LGA 775 (with off-axis holes).

The BIOS of this motherboard is the new UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) with a new graphical user interface which allows the user to use the mouse inside the BIOS itself. Finally, the new UEFI BIOS allows to boot using also HDD with capacity of over 2TB.
